The last thing the end user wants to do is have to waste their valuable time searching for one of your products or services on your web site. For that matter, they don’t want to have to search for your phone number, either.

I have seen so many web sites where I can’t find a clear phone number. Even then, when I do find it, it takes reading glasses to make out the numbers. Your customers want to have your information right there at their fingertips, not hidden at the bottom of the page.

I personally believe the phone number should be at the top of each and every page!

Here are two examples of sites which are lacking in web design. They do not function well. How many calls do you think that they are missing because nobody can find their information?
